In researching the Boston Marathon bombings, I have come across some interesting issues. Mark Dice talks for example about the 17 terrorist attacks that have been orchestrated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He admits that not every mass shooting is a conspiracy, but he does contend that many are.

Glenn Beck is a news anchor for Fox News and editor of the online Blaze newsmagazine. He is a conservative, and famous for espousing controversial opinions. According to Dice, there is a possibility that Beck is going to start talking about false flag operations, which is not something he has done up to this point. This is what Dice says on his Youtube channel, the link to which is above.

However, something confuses me about this. According to the other source I have used for this article, The Blaze, this newsmagazine does not support the contention that the Boston bombings were something planned by the FBI. They do not come right out and say this, but it is implied in the headline, written by an employee of The Blaze, Jason Howerton. The article is entitled ‘With absolutely no evidence, Alex Jones calls Boston Marathon explosions a ‘false flag’ operation conducted by the gov’t’. For those who do not know what ‘false flag’ means, my understanding of the term is that it means the government plans a terrorist attack in order to step up plans to overturn the 2nd Amendment. In order for a false flag operation to be successful, there need to be people called crisis actors, who are interviewed by news organizations. Many times, people who believe in conspiracy theories and false flag operations will take screenshots of witnesses who are interviewed in connection with more than one tragedy, which they deem to be very suspicious.

I may not have the details right, so if someone can correct me, please feel free to do so! I want to learn.

I’m not saying Dice is wrong, because I don’t think I know the whole story. But I would love for someone to explain to me the contradiction between the two sources.
