DACA stands for Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals. It means that those under the age of 16 when they arrived in the US are eligible for certain benefits. Under Trump’s administration, there are no more DACA applications allowed. This is catastrophic for those affected, and puts them in a kind of limbo that is horribly unfair. Someone in the US under DACA is eligible for the benefits for 2 years, at which time they can get their status renewed. The advantage for Americans regarding DACA is that these Dreamers under DACA can hold down secure jobs, pay taxes, and contribute therefore to the US economy, doing jobs no one else wants. Trump’s ‘shithole’ remark shows his fundamental racism.

The Other Side
The immigration deal currently under consideration by Trump and the other relevant politicians is Trump wants the wall built in return for a stop to the diversity visa lottery, chain migration, etc.
There is disagreement among conservatives about whether Trump is playing 4D chess or if he is ‘cucking’ to the Democrats. Time will tell, but I’d like to discuss Nick J Fuentes’s position on Trump’s negotiations. Fuentes recently quoted excerpts from Trump’s Art of the Deal, where Fuentes pointed out that Trump says the negotiator should always take advantage of any leverage he has. According to Fuentes, Trump knows that Democrats will not sign any deal which includes building of the wall that separates Mexico from the US, and so the Democrats will have to take ownership of DACA expiring. This will put them in a very bad position in the upcoming midterm elections as their constituents will be angry at Democrats allowing DACA to expire, given the immense amount of suffering ending DACA would inflict on those involved. Fuentes says that it’s worth it to keep DACA because that’s only 800,000 immigrants covered, whereas chain migration and the other elements will mean millions of immigrants.
Richard Spencer, on the other hand, thinks Trump is too weak and that Trump should listen more to Stephen Miller, who says that each year, there amounts to a very large city of chain migrants. And America has the right to be pragmatic in terms of who is welcome in their country.
