There are many sides fighting to influence our world view

We need to listen to all of them (free speech)

Including what the mainstream media refuses to cover

The rest of us are entitled to our perspectives:

Shia Muslims, men’s right activists, socialists, etc.

Amphiist is a Greek word meaning looking at both sides

Amphiist (17)

Mainstream media perspective

The mainstream media tells many lies about people when their narrative counters what the traditional media wants out there. A case in point is the lies they tell about RooshV, or Daryush Valizadeh. They accuse of him of being pro-rape, of advocating for the legalization of rape on private property, etc. They say that he is a danger to society because he is a sex fiend, and he is practically a terrorist. They have even caused him to be banned from countries like the United Kingdom. He thinks he has been banned from Canada, but is not sure. One of the reasons for the ban is the meet-ups for men he wanted to arrange in various locations. According to the mainstream, these meetups were about the encouragement of rape.

The Other Side

If anyone takes the time to read Roosh, however, his rape article was manifestly satirical. His main point was that if rape, which he believes to be wrong, obviously, were legal, then women would have to take stronger care in avoiding rape happening to them. He acknowledges it will happen sometimes, anyway, but he says that women can reduce the likelihood, which is clearly true. If someone doesn’t wear a motorcycle helmet, they don’t deserve to be in an accident which forever robs them of their cognitive faculties, but they can’t exactly be surprised when it happens.

Roosh is a realist when it comes to interaction between the sexes. He acknowledges that women have enormous social power. He wants men to be realistic. If a man rates his value at being 8/10, he should pursue women who are 5 or 6/10. A hot woman can have almost any man she wants. In his own way, Roosh respects women. He thinks they belong in the domestic sphere, rather than the professional. You know, like Rousseau did. Maybe Roosh’s new name should be Roossheau.
