Khloe Kardashian is going to be hosting the X Factor (US) once the live shows start soon. I’m excited, because I think she has a lot of personality. And it will be nice to see her in a different environment. I watch the Kardashian reality shows for some reason but I don’t actually enjoy them. Once I start watching a show, I tend to watch it all now, even though it doesn’t really entertain me anymore. I guess I like to finish what I start.
I wonder if her sister Kim is going to be jealous. I know it sounds strange to wonder that about sisters, but I think they have a fairly competitive relationship. Khloe is happily married, by most accounts, and has been so for over 3 years. Kim’s marriage lasted a grand total of 72 days. So there might be some jealousy there.
Once Khloe starts cohosting (with Mario Lopez) the X Factor, her star is going to rise considerably. All Kim has is a sex tape, but Khloe will be on an A-list show. Simon Cowell has a great reputation for spotting talent and any show he does, does very well, even if not as well as sometimes he hopes. Khloe is in the television big leagues now and if she does very well, which I think she will, her career could really take off.
But the reason I’m writing this blog specifically is because something occurred to me. They always say these reality shows aren’t scripted, but I think we all know that’s not the case. Recently on a show, Khloe was miffed because Kim was wanting to pursue her own fragrance deal (I think that’s what it was). Khloe said that her father, the late Robert Kardashian, would be so disappointed if he knew that Kim was wanting to go off on her own, and that part of the fun of what the Kardashian sisters had accomplished is that they had done it all together as a family unit.
But Kim isn’t co hosting the X Factor with Khloe. So now Khloe doesn’t mind if they go off on their own? Or is it only with the clothing and perfume lines that Khloe thinks the family should do things together? Something is suspicious here!
